The latest Xbox 360 models (the Jasper revision) come with a new smaller Power Supply Unit.
The picture shows a regular Jasper PSU & right below the new PSU (which is about 1/4th smaller) from an Arcade Jasper-based Xbox360 with 512MB internal MU manufactured in May 2009.
According to the French Xbox site Gx-Mod the new PSU is still 150W, so the same capacity as the older PSU.
